Infrared Sauna

Sauna bathing raises core and skin temperature, stimulates circulation, and triggers the heat stress response. Frequent sauna use has been shown to:

 

  • Improve cardiovascular health including overall heart function, circulation, as well as reduced blood pressure and long-term cardiovascular risk.

 

  • Reduce inflammation, chronic joint pain and muscle stiffness, and improve athletic recovery including reduced soreness.

 

  • Improve mood, reduce stress, aid relaxation and sleep.

 

Many studies shown that effects build with consistent use such as multiple 20-30 minute sessions per week.
