Why see a naturopath?

We understand that each individual is different. The holistic nature of naturopathy takes into account the whole person, their mental and physical health, environmental factors, stressors, diet, and lifestyle.

We believe naturopathic care can be used alongside conventional medicine and other modalities of health care to promote overall well-being and vitality.

At Bunmark Health we use evidence-based practices with holistic principles of traditional therapies to create a personalised and realistic health care plan just for you.

What does a naturopath do?

A naturopath has a lot of tools in the tool-kit to support you through your health concerns - herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, dietary planning support, and emotional wellbeing guidance which work together to reach your health goals. Naturopathic care encourages the innate healing power of the body and addresses the underlying drivers of ill-health including treating the cause, not just the symptoms.

Who can see a naturopath?

Naturopathic care is suitable for people of all ages and walks of life, 0 to 100+.
