Radiance Gummies

Guest Recipe Written by Anushka Malcom, Gaia Botanica

These are our gelatin gummies made with brewed Gaia Botanica Radiance tea and berries! These are a satisfying, subtly sweet snack offering all the health benefits of gelatin. Like a red gummy lolly, but nutritionally dense! Gelatin contains collagen, crucial for healthy skin, gut, joints, muscles and bones.

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water

3 tsp Gaia Botanica Radiance tea

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or mulberries

5 tbsp organic grass fed gelatin powder

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method

In teapot or mug brew Gaia Botanica Radiance tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile place berries in a small saucepan with a tablespoon of water on a low heat. Stir constantly and press with the back of a spoon until softened and juices released, then strain through a sieve to remove seeds and pulp.

Add 1 cup of boiling water to a small saucepan and place over a low heat on the stove. Slowly add the gelatin powder by sprinkling it over the surface of the water and stirring well to combine. Once all the gelatin has been added in and dissolved remove the pan from the heat.

Add honey, berry juice, Gaia Botanica Radiance and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into moulds. Chill until set, about 1 hour.

Lily and Anushka from Gaia Botanica have created a unique range of teas handcrafted in Adelaide, South Australia with high quality, ethically coursed, certified organic ingredients.
