The carbohydrate content in this smoothie is low and therefore suitable in PCOS or metabolic conditions that require low carbohydrate intake.
1 handful of fresh spinach and mint leaves
1 Tbsp whole chia seeds
1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin and hemp seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
+ 1 tsp broccoli sprout powder (liver hormone clearance support)
For a choc-mint flavour amp up the fresh mint and add 1 Tbsp of raw cacao powder.
